Manimahesh Kailash also known as Chamba Kailash, which stands towering high over the Manimahesh Lake, is believed to be the abode of Lord Shiva. It is located in the Bharmour subdivision of the Chamba district in the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh. The peak is 26 kilometres from Bharmour and 13km from Hadsar.
Manimahesh Lake is situated at the foot of Manimahesh Kailash. Lord Shiva is believed to reside on this snow-covered mountain. The lake and peak are considered sacred and a fair called as Manimahesh fair (Manimahesh Yatra) is held at the lake in the month of August and September. The official Yatra held from Janamastmi to Radhastami each and every year. It is believed that on this occasion moment lacks of peoples comes from the country and abroad to both Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati gets the bath in the Lake. The Manimahesh snow trek is quite interesting and adventurous. The trekking and snow lover who loves the adventure and natural, perfered this trek in the best trekking season from April to July. The grade of trek is also good for new beginers who wants to see the mountaineering trick. As the area is snow bound area and from April to June have lots of snow. When trails starts from Hadsar you will find lots of glaciers enroute to Manimahesh Lake. It is difficult to explain or write the beauty of this sacred trek.

Day – 1 Reception at Pathankot & drive to Bharmour (180 km Drive)
Meet our crew at Pathankot in the morning and have refreshments. After that drive towards the Bharmour via Chamba. On the way to bharmour you can enjoy the beauty of the Chamba city by spending some time in chamba. After doing lunch in Chamba city, drive towards the bharmour. Reaching bharmour in the evening, check into the hotel and overnight stay in the hotel.
Day – 2 Bharmour – Bharmani Mata temple – Bharmour (6 Km Trek)
Bharmour is known for its scenic beauty and for its ancient temples. Chaurasi Templeis located in the center of Bharmour town and it holds immense religious importance. Bharmani Mata temple complex is at the top of the ridge covered with full of pine and deodar trees situated 3 km from the Bharmour. The place is mainly known for Goddess Bharmani Mata. Overnight stay in hotel.
Day – 3 Bharmour – Hadsar – Dhancho (14 Km Drive then 6 Km Trek)
Early Morning drive to Hadsar. Trek starts from Hadsar. Porters are also available here at extra cost for personal luggage. Dhancho is located in the middle of the Manimahesh Lake and the Hadsar. It is 6km from the Hadsar. After reaching Dhancho enjoy the beauty of himalays. Overnight stay in the tents.
Day – 4 Dhancho – Manimahesh Lake – Dhancho (14 Km Trek)
Early in the morning, Start Manimahesh snow trek with packed lunch via Gourikund. After reach the Manimahesh Lake, enjoy the beauty around you and spend some time on the top. After spending some time, trek downhill towards to Dhancho. After reaching Dhancho take rest and overnight stay in the tents.
Day – 5 Dhancho – Hadsar – Bharmour (6 Km Trek then 14km Drive)
After taking breakfast in the morning, trek downhill to Hadsar. After reaching hadsar, drive to Bharmour. At Bharmour check into hotel and in evening visit ancient Chaurasi temples.
Day – 6 Bharmour – Chamba – Pathankot (180 Km Drive)
In Morning, After breakfast drive to Pathankot Via Chamba. After reaching Chamba, take a small break for lunch and then drive to pathankot. After reaching Pathankot our outdoor team will depart the group here with lots of memories.
